Sixth Sense POS retains over one-hundred-and-twenty pieces of information on every item in inventory. All this data allows you to stay organized, monitor costs, and generate complex reports to help manage your business.

Items can be designated into a variety of user-defined departments, categories, and families to assist in organizing, allowing for automatic multi-item discounts, and predefined timelines for sales.

Sixth Sense POS handles rental items, can attach a sound to play when an item is sold, and allows for searching and sorting of your inventory. You can view an item's sales by day of the week, week, month, year, it's receiving history, store location, sale prices, gross profit to date, and much much more.

Ensuring that you are always able to provide your products to your guests is important to your business; effective ordering is the solution. Create orders yourself quickly with the item's sales history, or have the software generate the order automatically by supplier, department, or category.

In order for your ordering to be effective, you need to know the minimum quantity of each item you have in stock. Decide your own based on your individual needs, or have the software calculate a suggested number. As soon as your inventory drops below the minimum it will be automatically reordered.
   
QuickEntry Quick-entry Keys and Department Keys
Often items we sell don't have PLU's: penny-candy, fresh-bakery, gasoline, produce, etc. Entering these items is made easy with 60 user-definable quick-entry keys. You can also have open-department keys such as "Clothing", or "Confectionary" that will allow you to dump an item you can't identify or won't scan.
   
POS Battery Sale Automatic Sale
December is a big month for batteries. It's March 3rd, you decide you would like batteries on sale from December 7th to December 21st. The information can be entered today, you don't have to wait for December to come around. Set the dates for the sale and prices will be adjusted automatically.

Before the sale starts you will be reminded about it and be prompted if you would like the print the appropriate shelf tags (labels) for sale items, what a time saver!
   
Inventory Adjustments
Unfortunately there are times when we have to manually adjust our inventory levels. Theft, breakage, and other reasons and affect our inventories; making an adjustment syncronizes the computer with the events.

There are also times when inventory items might change a supplier, or you might want to change a category or family. These types of changes are made easy with the Apply Formula function, allowing you to work with batches of inventory items.

Sixth Sense POS includes a complete custom label-making program. Make labels for envelops and folders, or use them as shelf tags to show name, price, size, whatever you need.

Create any label up to 8.5"x11", and adjust it to fit any manufacturer's labels or model of printer. Use from our selection of pre-formatted labels, or make your own.

New shelf tags can be printed automatically when new items are created or altered and you can include barcodes on your shelf tags to make counting inventory with a portable data collector even easier.
   
Inventory Receiving
Receiving can be done two ways, automatic, or manual. Manual receiving is useful for when you bring in something unexpected.

Automatic receiving can be performed when an order comes in. Just bring up the order and confirm any changes, then with a single click hundreds of items can be received automatically.

After you are finished receiving, you can automatically print labels for those items received, just like an Automatic Sale.
