Warranties

All hardware is subject to manufacturers warranty.

D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) Any hardware that is found to be not working upon arrival can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a replacement. This does not include damage while in transit. Returns must be accompanied with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges for hardware are only done on Canadian orders subject to a restocking fee and do not include shipping charges.

There is no refund on software products.
