Change Access
At any time during the operation of the program a person may sign on using their name and password. The access a person has in Sixth Sense Cafe is determined by their user level, which is set by the manager or owner.
Passwords are entered with the following touch screen:
Groups
Each employee is assigned to a group which will determine the level of access to the various parts of Sixth Sense Cafe. The groups include Owner, Manager, Supervisor and Cashier. The cashier has limited access, having only the capability of making sales, refunds, received on accounts and limited inquiries about the inventory, enough to provide proper service to a customer.
The supervisor and manager each have increased access based on the needs of their positions. Only the owner has complete access to Sixth Sense Cafe, with the ability to delete large amounts of data or reset the program.
