Sixth Sense Software Support Policy:
The Free Sixth Sense 90-Day Support Plan provides coverage for an unlimited number of incidents for 90 days from the date of sale of Sixth Sense POS or Sixth Sense Cafe. Sixth Sense offers 30 days free support for software upgrades. The free support includes help with issues related to the installation of Sixth Sense POS or Sixth Sense Cafe only. It does NOT include training on the use of the software products. Before contacting Sixth Sense POS, please read the manual provided on the CD you received, and/or use this site to troubleshoot your problem. If you are still unable to solve your problem, then contact us at 1-780-460-4238 to reach a Sixth Sense support person during office hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Mountain time. Custom programming, creating custom reports, creating custom labels and other work performed by Sixth Sense will be billed at the same hourly rate as our support services with a minimum charge of $25.00. After the 90-Day Period (30-day on software upgrades): After your free support has expired you MUST fill out a Credit Card Authorization to receive any further support.
