Software
	Computer Software, by nature, can be illegally copied or duplicated, therefore making it possible to be "returned" while still retaining a fully functional duplicate. Unfortunately, because of this possibility of fraud, neither Sixth Sense Software nor iRetail Source accepts returns or offers refunds on software. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, a few bad apples ruin the bunch.
Hardware
	iRetail Source, distributer for Sixth Sense, will offer a refund for unopened POS hardware. The refund process must start within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to inspection at the warehouse before remittance, and are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchasor.
